Choice of Appetizers

1. Assorted Rolls and butter.
2. Medley of mixed Greens with assorted dressings
3. German style potato salad

 

Choice of Entree

1. Penne with rose sauce with fresh parmesan and chilly flakes
2. Grilled breast of chicken in a mushroom cream sauce
3. Ginger hoisin beef stir fry

Accompanied with either:
1. Herb roasted potatoes
2. Seasonal vegetables

Dessert/Drinks

Assorted dessert squares

Soft drinks (pitchers)
Coffee & tea
